Capitol City Mall, a new lifestyle destination in west Delhi, is a project done by Realtech Group with its joint venture partner Thapar Homes. The mall would also prove beneficial for the customers from Punjab and Haryana. and serve as a one-stop shop for those travelling on the highway.

TDI Park Street will offer a two-level basement parking to accommodate about 700 vehicles. The construction is expected to be completed by 2009. VISAKHAPATNAM On The Beach,For The Rich

Bangalore-based Global Entropolis Asia Private Urnited (GEAPL) has announced a Rs 900-crore, 80-acre self-contained township project near Madhurwada at Visakhapatnam. in Andhra Pradesh. To be developed on the beachfront on the basis of a PPP with the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA), it will boast of villas, condominiums, an IT park, mall, club, school and other commercial spaces. There are plans to build around 360 villas and 3,400 apartments. The luxurious villas are homes that redefine luxury. Spacious three/four bedroom units are built on three levels. Lofty ceilings, open stairs, wide porches, tall windows and balconies allowing excellent views are some of their key highlights. The apartments, towering edifices over 25 storeys high, include two, three and four BHK units with balconies.

While the villas, of sizes varying from 3,100 sq ft to 4,200 sq ft, come with a price tag of between Rs 1.75 crores and Rs 2.25 crores each, the apartments that include 2, 3 and 4 BHKs are priced at Rs 2,200 per sq ft. The work on the project would commence by August 2007 and is expected to be completed within three years.
